Refund policy
All plants are guaranteed to be healthy and true to name upon shipment.
We take great care in packaging plants so that they arrive in excellent condition. However, should a plant be damaged en route, please email us photos of the damage at orders@plantlust.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can remedy the situation. Please keep all boxes and packing material in case the shipping company needs to inspect damage caused by their handling.
We will replace damaged plants, credit your account, or provide the appropriate refund pertaining to the order in question.
Living and growing plants become perishable items once packed for shipment and can only be expected to tolerate the varied temperature conditions and darkness that they may experience on their journey for a limited amount of time. Please carefully unpack your plants as soon as possible after receipt. Some plants need a few days to recover after their journey. Pot them up if necessary and water them thoroughly and place in a sheltered location, fresh air and gentle light will help them get acclimated.
We cannot offer a guarantee that all plants will survive, since there are too many variables plants may encounter after leaving the protective nursery environment. Mischievous critters, too little or too much water, adverse weather conditions, and suboptimal planting sites can weaken or kill plants. While this is all part of the gardening learning process, we will gladly share with you our own experiences for successful, healthy plants. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
